Reservations & Payment
All group events are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Payment in full is required no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date. Following review and approval of your request, the Frog Pond team will provide payment instructions.
Admission and skate rental passes must be picked up in person at the Boston Common Frog Pond. Passes may be picked up by the event organizer for distribution to their guests.
The various types of passes are:
- Admission-only passes
- Skate rental-only passes (for children)
- Combination passes (adult admission and skate rental)
All passes are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is canceled due to rink closure. Refunds will not be provided for any other reason.
Passes are valid and redeemable during the 2026–2027 winter season only — no exceptions.
Cancellation
Events may be canceled due to rink closures for inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is in question, please call 617-635-2120 to confirm.
In the event of cancellation due to rink closure, refunds will be provided to the event organizer for returned passes only.
