Countdown with Boston Parks Commissioner Chris Cook as the 30-foot spray flume goes off and children hop into the Frog Pond. Families will enjoy giveaways\, games\, food\, refreshments\, science experiments\, face painting\, and more. Presented by The Skating Club of Boston in partnership with the Boston Parks & Recreation Department and sponsored by Holly & David Bruce and HP Hood LLC. \nThe Frog Pond Carousel and Café will be open throughout the celebration. \nThe spray pool will remain open until 6:00pm so stick around and relax in the sun. \nAfter the celebration\, the Frog Pond spray pool will be open daily\, 11am-6pm\, for wading\, splashing\, and relaxing.

DESCRIPTION:Calling all yogis!\nFREE summer yoga every Thursday during the summer at Frog Pond\, 6:00-7:15pm. A vibrant group of instructors lead a vinyasa flow class for over 200 students of all levels. This style of yoga provides a space for all to challenge themselves\, release stress\, expand energy\, and tap into the beauty of trees\, grass\, and water found at Boston’s most historic park. Sessions are held on the lawn adjacent to the Frog Pond Carousel. \nParticipants should come prepared with their own mats. \nFind out more about our instructors! \nFree Summer Yoga is part of the Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series with the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and Boston Public Health Commission.  Free Summer yoga is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield\, presented by KIND Snacks\, and managed by The Skating Club of Boston.
