Frog Pond’s sixth season of FREE Summer Yoga will welcome back familiar instructors to provide power vinyasa flow for students of all levels. This talented group of instructors include musicians, writers, former college athletes, coaches, runners and cyclists.
This style of yoga and this group of instructors will provide a space for you to challenge yourself, release stress, expand your energy, and tap into the beauty of trees, grass, and water found at Boston’s most historic green space, The Boston Common. Sessions are held on the lawn adjacent to the Frog Pond Carousel. Please bring your own mat, blocks, towels, and belt.
